1. Controller and Scope

For data protection purposes, PasuaX acts as the controller for personal data processed through its public platform unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. For analytics and prediction features, we may process interaction data relating to viewed matches, slips, TipStar profiles, odds context, prediction pages, market categories, favorite content and search queries. PasuaX does not operate as a bookmaker, does not accept wagers and does not process deposits, betting stakes or gambling payouts.

3. Sources of Data

We collect data directly from users, automatically from devices and browsers, from consented mobile permissions, from public sports data sources, from editorial research, from platform partners, and from public information about clubs, athletes, coaches, officials and other sports figures where relevant to sports journalism, statistics, analysis and match reporting.

6. Sharing and Processors

Support messages may be retained for administrative follow-up. Analytics data may be aggregated or anonymized for long-term trend analysis.

9. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent and review of certain automated decisions. California users may request disclosure, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale or sharing, limitation of sensitive personal information where applicable, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. 10. Children and Age Restrictions

PasuaX is intended for users aged 18 or older where sports prediction, odds context or betting-adjacent analytics may be displayed. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent, guardian or regulator believes a minor has provided personal data, they may contact us for review and deletion.

11. Security

PasuaX uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, session safeguards, monitoring, limited administrative access and secure hosting practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

1. Nature of the Service

PasuaX provides sports analytics, sports news, prediction intelligence, probability context, TipStar performance data, community interactions and editorial content. PasuaX is not a bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, financial adviser or guaranteed betting signal provider. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, manage wallets for wagering or pay gambling winnings.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Sports predictions, odds commentary, probabilities, trends, rankings and match insights are inherently uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and must comply with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including gambling, age restriction, tax and financial responsibility laws.

3. User Conduct

Users must not misuse PasuaX, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, manipulate ratings, impersonate others, post unlawful content, harass users, publish hate speech, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, promote illegal betting, target minors, or use PasuaX in any way that damages platform integrity.

4. Accounts and Termination

PasuaX may suspend, restrict or terminate access, remove content, block devices or preserve evidence where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, abused support channels, infringed rights, breached law or threatened platform security. Users may stop using PasuaX at any time and may request deletion where applicable law provides that right.

5. Intellectual Property

PasuaX, its name, logo, interface, analytics systems, databases, editorial content, prediction models, rankings, software, graphics and trade dress are owned by PasuaX or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for personal, lawful use. No content may be copied, resold, framed, scraped, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without written permission.

6. User Content

Where users submit comments, ratings, support messages, profile material or other content, they grant PasuaX a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, moderate, display and process that content for platform operation, safety, analytics and legal compliance. Users represent that their submissions are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Advertising and Sponsored Content

PasuaX may display advertising, affiliate references, sponsorships or branded editorial features. Sponsored or commercial relationships do not convert PasuaX into a gambling operator and do not create a guarantee of any product, odds, bookmaker, prediction or financial result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasuaX and its officers, employees, contractors and partners are not liable for lost profits, lost data, betting losses, reliance losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, service interruptions, third-party content, sports outcome changes, data inaccuracies or user decisions based on analytics or predictions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify PasuaX against claims, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from their misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful betting activity, infringement of rights or breach of applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

PasuaX may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
